A couple of country stars are plotting their return to Music City.
Trisha Yearwood tells CMT.com that she and husband Garth Brooks are relocating to Nashville. And she says she's looking forward to the move. The singer explains that Nashville has "an energy" that she loves and misses. She adds that being in Nashville "makes sense," admitting that "it's been a bit of a challenge" to have to "fly in and out for work."
Yearwood has no regrets about the time they've spent in Oklahoma. She says she's loved living there, and it was "the right thing" to do for their family. But Trisha says it's now time for them "to do the next thing," which is taking them back to Nashville.
Garth is planning to relaunch his touring career with a world tour this fall. The country superstar has a five-night run of shows scheduled in Ireland as a warm-up for the trek. He'll stage the "Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event" at Dublin's Croke Park from July 25th through the 29th.
