LeAnn Rimes is helping the Grand Ole Opry shed light on breast cancer awareness. The country star will play a key role in the Opry's fifth annual "Opry Goes Pink" show Tuesday night.
She's been tapped to flick the switch to bathe the Opry's barn backdrop in a pink light to highlight the cause.
Along with promoting greater awareness of the disease, the show will also celebrate breast cancer survivors.
And the audience won't just be seeing a special concert, but they'll be supporting the cause. The Opry is giving five dollars from every ticket sold to "Women Rock For The Cure."
Performers for the "Opry Goes Pink" show include Lorrie Morgan, Pam Tillis, and Jeannie Seely, while Natalie Grant and Mandisa will be making their Opry debuts.
