A Tornado Warning has been issued for SCIOTO County and ADAMS County in Ohio.
A strong line of thunderstorms rumbled through our region this morning and WSAZ Meteorologist Brandon Butcher says a second, more powerful storm line is headed out way, with a Severe Thunderstorm Warning declared for our entire region. Officials are also concerned about flash flodding with the ground saturated from not only this mornings rain but yesterday's as well.
Wind gusts of up to 60 miles an hour are possible with this second storm system and Butcher says there is also a possibility of more Tornado Warnings. There are also reports of frequent cloud to ground lightning occuring with the storms. Also, there were reports of nickel-size hail that could damage vehicles and harm any animals outside.
Please don't attempt to drive through any high water on flooded roadways.
